How it works

Four steps, about five minutes of your time, and one honest conversation with yourself in step three.

1. STEP 1

   You upload your resume

   A text-based PDF or DOCX under 2 MB, or you paste plain text or LaTeX. The file is read inside your browser, only the extracted text reaches our servers, so we never hold your original document.

   Scanned images and photographs are rejected. There is no text in a picture of a resume, and guessing at it would produce nonsense.

2. STEP 2

   We split it into items

   An AI pass pulls out every project, internship, job and research item, plus one bundle for your skills and tools. You see the list, exactly as we read it.

   If the parser mis-splits something, you can fix the text before continuing.

3. STEP 3

   You explain your work

   For each item you write a few lines in plain language: what the problem was, what you personally did, what you chose and why, what broke. No polish needed.

   You can skip this. Answers get noticeably weaker, because we can then only write from the two lines on your resume.

4. STEP 4

   We write the bank

   Item by item, we generate questions in the interviewer’s own tone, a 5-7 word reason each one is coming, an answer in simple spoken English built from your explanation, and one to three likely follow-ups.
