Privacy policy

Account details: name, email, phone, LinkedIn profile URL, college name, college roll number, branch and graduation year. We collect these to personalise your question bank, to print your name on your PDF, and to verify campus ambassador applications.

Resume content: the extracted text of your resume, plus whatever you write in the explanation step. We do not store the original file, your PDF or DOCX is read inside your browser and only the text is sent to us.

Payment records: order amount, coupon used, Razorpay order and payment identifiers, and payment status. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials, those go directly to Razorpay.

Operational data: sign-in sessions, rate-limit counters, and error logs.

AI providers. Your resume text and your explanations are sent to OpenAI (paid plan) and Google Gemini (free preview) to generate questions and answers. They process it to return a result under their API terms.

Razorpay for payment processing. Neon for database hosting and Vercel for application hosting. Google if you sign in with Google.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your resume with recruiters, employers, colleges or placement cells. If a campus ambassador refers you, they see only that a code of theirs was redeemed, never your resume.

If you are an approved campus ambassador and you opted in, your name, phone number and email appear in the public ambassador directory so students from your college can contact you. You can ask us to remove you from the directory at any time. Nothing else about any user is public.

Resume text and question banks are kept while your account exists so you can open them again. You can delete any individual prep session from your dashboard, which removes its resume text and questions.

Payment and wallet records are kept for the period required by Indian tax and accounting rules even after account deletion.

Email support.inlineinterview@gmail.com to get a copy of your data, correct it, remove yourself from the ambassador directory, or delete your account. We respond within 3 working days.

Data is encrypted in transit. Payment signatures are verified server-side on every transaction. Admin access is restricted to an explicit email allowlist. No system is perfectly secure, please do not paste anything into your resume that you would not want stored, such as passwords or client-confidential material.

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
