Pricing, refunds & cancellation

Price

The full question bank has a list price of ₹549 and is currently ₹549 at the launch price, paid once. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. The launch price applies automatically with no code needed, and may end at any time.

A campus ambassador code brings the price to ₹339 and a friend's referral code to ₹359 on a first purchase. Where more than one applies you pay the lowest, never the sum.

If you have been given a discount code, enter it at checkout. One code per order, codes do not stack, and the price shown at checkout once a code is applied is the price you pay. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn or expired at our discretion.

What one purchase covers

One purchase gives you 10 resume reads and 5 resume reviews. A resume read is used up when you start generating a full question bank, not when you upload a file, and free previews never use one.

How payment works

Payments are processed by Razorpay and you can pay by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet. Your card and UPI credentials go to the payment provider directly. We never see them and we do not store them.

On your bank or card statement the charge appears as AARYAN TRIPATHI, which is the registered name behind Inline Interview. An unfamiliar line on a statement is the usual reason a student disputes a charge they meant to make, so it is worth knowing before you pay.

Delivery

This is a digital service with no physical shipping. Access is granted immediately after your payment is confirmed, usually within seconds. Your 10 resume reads appear on your dashboard and you can generate your full question bank, the interview questions written from your resume, straight away.

If your payment succeeded but access did not appear within 15 minutes, email us and we will fix it. Money deducted for a payment that never completed is returned by your bank or the payment provider automatically, typically within 5 to 7 working days.

No refunds once you have paid

This is a no-refund service. Once a purchase is complete, the amount paid is not refundable. Access is granted the moment payment is confirmed, so what you bought is delivered before you could ask for it back.

That includes changing your mind, not liking the questions, not using your resume reads, not getting an interview, and not getting an offer. The free preview exists precisely so you can judge the quality on your own resume before paying anything. Use it.

The only exceptions

These are not goodwill. They are the situations where Indian consumer law and our payment provider both require a refund regardless of what this page says, so stating them plainly is more useful to you than pretending otherwise:

  • Your money was taken but no resume reads were credited to your account.
  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
  • The charge was not authorised by you.

In each of those you did not receive what you paid for, or did not agree to pay at all. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of approval.

Cancellation

There is no subscription and no recurring charge, every purchase is one-time, so there is nothing to cancel. You can stop using the service at any time and request account deletion.

Wallet withdrawals

Campus ambassador and referral earnings can be withdrawn once your wallet reaches ₹500. Withdrawals are settled manually to the UPI ID you submit, normally within 5 working days of the request.

Wallet balance is a reward, not a deposit. It cannot be withdrawn below the threshold, cannot be transferred to another account, and is forfeited if we find code reselling, self-referral or fake accounts. Rewards attached to an order that is later refunded or charged back are reversed.

How to raise a refund request

Email support.inlineinterview@gmail.com from your registered email address with your payment reference and what went wrong. We respond within 3 working days and tell you either the refund date or the reason for declining.
